When the DILS community you’re interested is available be able to reserve tour new home in less then 10 clicks! Don’t want to miss out (we don’t blame you), sign up to stay ahead of the crowd and get on the list for priority booking to be the first to view the shiny new apartments.
Where do we start? If you haven’t already, explore the amenities page for images of the residents’ lounge and dining room, media room with cinema screen and private bespoke gym. Did we mention the rooftop terrace and epic views? With everything on your doorstep, you’re never far from excitement. You can even book them for your own private events.
All our neighbourhoods have onsite parking as well as accessible bays, motorbike bays and electric charge points. Need a valet? No problem, just book it through the MYDILS app. Car parking is available on a first come first served basis as a separate rentable option. It an be leased at the time of application or added during your contract period. Just ask the team for the parking policy for more info.
Did someone say cycle club? There are secure, racked cycle hubs in each neighbourhood at no extra. Within the cycle hub, there’s a service stand to give your bike some TLC…
It wouldn’t be next generation living if you couldn’t. Pets are welcome at DILS and there’s no hidden charge. Get in line… we have lots of pet-friendly apartments available. You can also apply for a pet at any time during your tenancy, providing you are on a pet-friendly floor. Your pet is our pet, we’ll have the treats ready and waiting for your furry sidekick.
As with most things in life, there are some T&C’s to ensure the comfort of all our residents. We can only accept small dogs and there are limited numbers of pets within each apartment. For the finer details just ask for our pet policy.
The health and wellbeing of our residents and staff is our priority. Our neighbourhoods are all none smoking building including the apartments and balconies.

Each apartment has a Samsung; 50” smart TV included. We provide, touch control ceramic induction hob, combi oven and/or microwave options, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sounds technical? Fear not, ‘how to’ guides are provided on the MyDILS app. Plus, the team are always on-hand to offer support and show you how everything works when you move in.
You know by now, we don’t do things in halves… good furniture wasn’t good enough for our residents. DILS bring you beautiful interior designed apartments with a bespoke furniture package. A typical furnished apartment will include plush velvet sofas, wood finish media unit, nested coffee tables, marble topped dining tables and chairs. Bespoke fitted wardrobes, marble effect bedside tables and 1,000 individual pocket sprung mattress made from natural materials. The comfiest bed of all time, even if we do say so ourselves.

Definitely… on from day one. We understand the importance of being connected from the moment you move into your home. 250MBPS fibre broadband is included within your rent and set up. ‘Home is where the WiFi is’ – you can connect throughout the communal areas including guest WiFi for your visitors. Want to go fastest, talk to us about an 1GB upgrade.
Yes, you will be responsible for the Council Tax from the first day of your tenancy and should contact the council when you move in.
Residents are responsible for the paying the apartment utilities direct to the billing company – Community Utilities. We’ve made it easy for you though… water, electricity and heat are billed on one monthly invoice that is paid by direct debit. As part of your move in process you will sign up to Community Utilities and our team will check this is done on move-in day. You will only pay for energy and water that you use as your meters are constantly read.
The metering infrastructure at Dils works on a single supplier so there’s no need to change suppliers to get the best rates. We have procured highly competitive rates for all utilities and our brokers review the market annually to make sure we’re getting you the best price. Check out Partners on the Dils app for more info.
Your Samsung TV will be installed and Sky Q enabled with exclusive resident offers and savings! Your account set up and payment will be directly with Sky services, and full details of how to join will be provided within your move-in process.
Due to growing demand for various media platforms, there will not be a traditional phone line installed. If you want to know more about our WiFi calling functionality, speak to our Reservations team for full details.
Yes, you’ll need to set this up when you move in to take advantage of your free Samsung TV or use additional sets. Links will be provided to register, or you can make a change of address on your existing agreement. This will be billable directly from the TV licensing authority.
By prior appointment, we’ll carry out apartment condition checks halfway through your tenancy. You’re welcome to be present, as we want to make sure that you’re satisfied with all aspects of your home.
You can search, elect and reserve your new home online. DM us on social or contact the Reservations team for the neighbourhood you’re interested in get a date in the diary for a viewing. Are you currently overseas? No problem, we can arrange for a live virtual viewing from site through WhatsApp, Skype or FaceTime.
It’s easy. As easy as 1,2,3. Once you’ve chosen your new home, we take a reservation payment of £200. This is to secure your home whilst we get it ready for you, complete your application and referencing. The payment is deducted from your first months’ rent. For the finer details, give our T&C’s a read.
There’s no hefty deposit costs or hidden fees. We will complete an inventory and check against this at the end of your tenancy. You’ll also be kept in the know and we’ll discuss any change of condition with you in line with your tenancy agreement.
You will usually get initial feedback on your application within 48 hours of receiving referencing. Move-in dates will be agreed during the application process.
Your first rent payment is pro rata to the end of the month or if you move in from the 20th onwards, you’ll pay to the end of the following month. Then, your rent will be due on the 1st of the month in advance. Straightforward via a direct debit.
We’re flexible. We can offer 6 to 36 month contracts on most of our apartments and anything in between.

Maintenance questions

Maintenance requests can be reported directly via the MyDils app. Yes, it’s that simple.
Each neighbourhood has a 24/7 Concierge team. General maintenance requests will be progressed during standard working hours and we have an emergency response in place for urgent issues. We’ll always keep you in the loop.
You will not be charged for any general maintenance requests. Repairs required due to misuse or damage will be chargeable. If you want to put anything on the walls, or carry out your own home improvements, you can put in a request to the concierge team and we’ll be happy to advise you further.

Staying longer or moving out questions

Just give your Reservations team a shout in person or via the MyDils app. This can be done at any time or no later than one month before the end of your initial tenancy term.
We’ll be sad to see you go. If you do decide to move, then please let us know as soon as possible and no later than one month before the end of your tenancy. You do need to let us know in writing, email is fine, about ending or extending your tenancy.
We will contact you with a nice and easy move out process as soon as you confirm you are leaving us.
We’ll speak to you about any change in condition/ damages to the apartment or furnishing that are beyond reasonable wear and tear and costs for repair of those.
